These classes will continue to be taught by Mick Broster, a highly respected grappling coach in the country. In these classes you shall be learning techniques that are demonstrated on shows such as the UFC, BAMMA and other larger shows that you may have seen on TV. There will be wrestling drills, striking, takedowns, throws and submissions. So come down, classes only cost £5 per session and for July only, they are totally free.
