LADIES ONLY CLASSES
Our weekly ladies only class offers a comfortable and welcoming environment to ladies who want to try kickboxing. We cover basic kickboxing technique and invite students to join the mixed adult classes when they gain in confidence.
Our students tell us they have benefitted from an increase in confidence and greater awareness of personal safety. Weight loss, an increase in strength and fitness and an empowering sense of wellness are just some of the benefits ladies can hope to gain.
